Role Summary:
We are looking for a student assistant to support the Group Legal team to be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be part of our global Legal, Regulatory and Public Affairs organisation and collaborate closely with both Danish and international colleagues.
What can you expect as a Student Assistant at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
Your primary tasks will be:
- Assisting with review of various commercial contracts.
- Supporting administrative tasks, including the handling filing and registration in business registries, legalisation of documents. including notarisations, and updating the document filings in our systems
- Updating data privacy and other compliance documentation.
- Maintaining Group Legal’s SharePoint sites.
- Conducting legal research to support projects and initiatives.
- Supporting the Group Legal and Public Affairs team on general ad-hoc legal tasks.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matters the most for this role):
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's law program at a Danish university with at least two years remaining
- Comfortable handling diverse tasks and delivering professional results
- Proficient in English and Danish
- Practical, proactive, and positive attitude
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, able to meet deadlines
- Effective communicator and collaborator
- Detail-oriented
- Curious, structured, and skilled at conveying insights clearly
