About the Role
- Design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript/GlideScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies) and Flow Designer.
- Configure and enhance HRSD (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, HR Catalog) and implement compliant workflows, journeys, and automated approvals.
- Build and maintain Service Portal / Employee Center components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Implement integrations with external systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, Jira, recruitment, payroll, document management) via REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub, ensuring secure handling of sensitive HR data through ACLs, roles, and compliance controls.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, process docs, runbooks) and support UAT/SIT, ATF, upgrades, and continuous optimization of the HRSD environment.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions, while providing oversight across ServiceNow implementations, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and FSM, to ensure best-practice alignment and end-to-end cross-department integration.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on ServiceNow.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience developing in the HRSD module (experience with ITSM, FSM, CSM is a plus).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Strong JavaScript/GlideScript skills and solid understanding of HR case management, lifecycle events, and employee service portals, aligned with best practices for data governance and sensitive HR data handling.
- Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation for HRSD, ITSM, and Finance implementations.
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
