ABOUT THE ROLE…

We are an established, upscale restaurant seeking a skilled and dependable part-time line cook to join our kitchen team. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency and execution.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Prepare and execute menu items to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow recipes, portioning and plating guidelines
• Assist with prep and setup for service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Availability for evenings and weekends

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time (2-3 shifts per week)
