- Develop Service Portal components and custom applications using App Engine Studio.
- Implement integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise connectors (e.g., Entra AD, Jira, Teams).
- Ensure platform security through ACLs, roles, and compliance‑aligned configurations.
- Write optimized GlideRecord queries, perform code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience with strong JavaScript/GlideScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
- Experience implementing ITSM globally, including setting up IT operations support models (tiers, SLAs, handoffs, and escalation flows).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and FSO modules, as well as core platform configuration, with exposure to integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. Experience with ITOM, ITAM, or CSM is a plus.
- Ability to produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including solution designs, process docs, and runbooks.
